Summary
This study aims to learn what helps people recover best after serious heart events like heart attacks, surgery, or heart failure. Researchers will observe 10,000 patients during their cardiac rehabilitation program, collecting health data over many years. The goal is to find patterns and factors that predict better long-term health and fewer return trips to the hospital.
