Summary

This study aims to find out if measuring a person's heart rate patterns can help predict whether they will respond to specific biologic medications for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Researchers will observe 100 patients starting new treatment, monitoring their heart rate, sleep, and mood over 14 weeks. The goal is to gather information that could one day help doctors choose the right treatment faster, but this study itself does not provide treatment.
