Summary
This study follows over 10,000 healthy adults aged 50-75 for at least 10 years to understand how heart rate and blood pressure changes relate to future heart problems, including heart attack, stroke, and sudden death. Participants undergo simple tests to measure these body functions. The goal is to find early warning signs that could help prevent cardiovascular disease.
