Summary

This study is testing whether a 5-week program that teaches people to control their heart rate patterns can help reduce symptoms of ulcerative colitis. It will involve 23 adults who are currently experiencing a flare-up of their condition. The goal is to see if this non-drug technique can lead to meaningful symptom relief.
