New hope for kids waiting for heart transplants

Summary
This study is testing a new driving system for a heart pump designed to help children with severe heart failure. The pump supports the child's heart while they wait for a transplant. Researchers will monitor how well the new system works and how safe it is for up to 40 children who are already eligible for this type of support.
