Summary
This study compares two approaches to protect heart and metabolic health in prostate cancer patients undergoing hormone therapy. Researchers will test whether time-restricted eating (a form of intermittent fasting) or specific weight-loss medications work better than standard heart-healthy diet advice. The goal is to reduce the increased risk of heart problems that can come with prostate cancer treatment.
