Heart study seeks clues in rare muscle disorders

Summary
This study aims to understand how two different conditions that cause thickened heart muscle compare. Researchers will follow 165 people already diagnosed with either syndromic/metabolic cardiomyopathy or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy to track their health outcomes. The goal is to identify which factors might lead to worse outcomes for patients with these heart conditions.
