Mapping the Heart's secrets: large study aims to decode MRI scans for better diagnosis
NCT ID NCT07354646
Summary
This study aims to create a detailed picture of how heart tissue appears on a specific type of MRI scan (called T1 mapping) in people with various heart conditions. Researchers will scan 2,000 adult patients who already have a diagnosed heart disease to establish normal measurement ranges for each condition. The goal is to help doctors in the future better interpret these advanced scans to understand a patient's specific heart problem.
