Summary
This study observed how well a specific heart-lung machine and its temperature probes performed during real surgeries. Researchers collected data from 184 patients of all ages who needed heart, chest, or blood vessel surgery. The goal was to check how often the equipment worked without problems and if it caused any safety issues during the operation.
