NCT ID NCT07029503

Summary

This study is testing if a heart failure drug called eplerenone is safe and might help people who have both weak hearts and severe kidney disease. Doctors are enrolling 40 patients who have been excluded from past trials due to safety concerns about their kidneys. The main goal is to see if patients can safely take the drug without dangerous side effects, while also checking if it improves their health.
