Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called canakinumab can reduce dangerous inflammation in the arteries of people who have had a heart attack or stent. It specifically includes people with and without a common age-related genetic change called TET2 CHIP. Researchers will use heart scans to see if the drug lowers inflammation levels over 48 weeks.
