NCT ID NCT07443696
First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a new imaging method using a special dye (XTR003) combined with a standard sugar scan (FDG) to see which parts of the heart are still alive in people with heart failure from blocked arteries. About 40 to 60 adults with weak hearts will get this scan before and after treatment to open blocked vessels. The goal is to see if the new method can better predict which heart muscle will recover, helping doctors decide on the best treatment.
