Hospitals team up to create massive heart scan library

Summary
This project is creating a large database of heart scan images from 1000 patients who had multiple types of imaging tests. The goal is to collect these images so researchers can study them later to better understand how artery plaque (atherosclerosis) develops and causes heart problems. This is a data collection effort for future research, not a treatment study.
