NCT ID NCT07426952

Summary

This study is testing a 12-week video coaching program called WeCan-Rural, designed to help breast cancer survivors in rural areas build healthy habits. The program teaches nutrition, exercise, and symptom management skills to potentially reduce future heart disease risk. Researchers will compare 40 participants who either receive the weekly Zoom sessions or standard health information to see if the program improves weight, activity, diet, and confidence.
