Summary
This study is testing a new program called Mom♥Health that aims to help mothers of young children reduce their risk of heart disease. Researchers are working with 40 mothers at two childcare centers to see if offering support and connections to health services at these locations is practical and helpful. The program focuses on stress, diet, activity, and connecting mothers to care they might need.
