Can fellow caregivers help fix a Workforce's heart health?
NCT ID NCT07067398
Summary
This study is testing a 10-week heart health program designed specifically for home health aides, who often have poor cardiovascular health. The program uses education and lifestyle support from trained 'peer coaches' who are also home health aides. Researchers want to see if participants use and like the program, and if it actually improves their heart health scores after the program ends.
