Simple handgrip test may reveal hidden heart problems

Summary

This study aims to test a new, non-invasive method to measure how well the heart and blood vessels work in adults with and without heart failure. Participants will have their heart activity and blood pressure monitored while squeezing a handgrip device for two minutes. The goal is to see if this simple test can detect differences in heart function between healthy individuals and those with heart failure.
