Summary
This study looked at how well the heart relaxes between beats in pregnant women with preeclampsia compared to healthy pregnant women. 80 women in their third trimester took part, half with preeclampsia and half without. Researchers used ultrasound to measure heart function and found differences in the preeclampsia group.
