NCT ID NCT07190846
Summary
This study aimed to understand how preeclampsia, a serious pregnancy complication involving high blood pressure, affects heart function. Researchers compared 40 pregnant women with preeclampsia to 40 healthy pregnant women, using heart ultrasound scans to measure how well their hearts relaxed between beats. The goal was to gather information about potential heart changes that could help doctors better understand and monitor women with this condition.
