Summary
This study tested whether a specialized clinic could help heart failure patients get the right medications at the right doses. Researchers compared 300 patients who received care through this clinic to similar patients getting usual care. The goal was to see if the clinic approach improved medication use, health status, and heart function over 12 weeks.
