Summary
This large study is a flexible testing platform designed to find better ways to manage heart failure. It will enroll 1,000 adults who are either hospitalized for worsening heart failure or are stable outpatients. The platform will test multiple treatments at once, aiming to reduce deaths and hospital stays, and can adapt over time as new treatments become available.
