Summary
This study is testing a new, step-by-step treatment plan for people with heart failure and a specific leaky heart valve. It aims to see if this plan helps doctors better identify which patients are most likely to benefit from a minimally invasive procedure called MitraClip. The study will follow 50 patients to see if the plan improves their symptoms and physical abilities over six months.
