Summary
This study is collecting detailed health information from 3,000 people with and without heart failure to better understand how different types of the condition develop and progress. Researchers will track participants over time, analyzing blood samples, genetic data, and heart images. The goal is to gather knowledge that could one day help doctors match the right treatments to the right patients more precisely.
