Summary
This study aims to use detailed heart scans to better understand and predict how patients with heart failure and a leaky mitral valve will respond to different treatments. Researchers will follow 360 adults to see if specific scan results can tell doctors which patients will improve most with medication versus a valve repair procedure. The goal is to create a more personalized guide for choosing the right treatment for each patient.
