Summary
This research study aims to understand why people with scleroderma and pulmonary hypertension develop heart muscle weakness. Researchers will compare heart function and collect tissue samples from 43 participants during their standard medical procedures. The goal is to identify differences in how the heart responds to pressure in these conditions to guide future treatments.
