Scientists hunt for blood clues to predict heart failure recovery

NCT ID NCT03345446

Summary

This study aims to understand how tiny genetic signals in the blood change when people are treated for sudden, severe heart failure. Researchers will track 200 hospitalized patients, taking blood samples during and after treatment to see if these signals can show who responds well to therapy. The goal is to learn more about the disease and find better ways to predict patient health in the future.
