Doctors launch 10-Year heart failure tracking study

Summary
This study is creating a registry to track the long-term health of people with chronic heart failure. Researchers will follow 101 patients for up to 10 years to understand how the disease progresses over time. The main goal is to collect detailed information to see how patients fare at 1, 5, and 10 years after diagnosis.
