First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests a new way to place a pacing lead in the heart to help people with heart failure. The method uses a special catheter to map the heart's electrical signals and guide the lead to a specific area called the Bachmann bundle. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and works better than the standard method. About 40 adults with heart failure will take part.
