New heart pacing technique could offer better treatment for heart failure
NCT ID NCT04409119
Summary
This study tested whether a newer pacing method (HIS/LBB pacing) works as well as standard biventricular pacing for people with heart failure and a specific electrical pattern in their heart. Researchers compared the two approaches in 150 patients over 6 months to see which better improved heart function and symptoms. The goal was to find a more effective way to help the heart pump properly in people with this condition.
