Can special meals sent to your door help you recover from heart failure?

Summary
This study is testing if sending specially prepared meals to the homes of people recently hospitalized for heart failure is a practical and helpful part of their recovery. Researchers will enroll about 85 patients to receive 4 or 8 weeks of delivered meals and ask them about their experience. The main goal is to see if this meal delivery service is easy to run and if patients find it useful.
