Summary

This study tested whether a specialized clinic (GDMT Clinic) helps heart failure patients receive more of the recommended medications compared to usual care. About 300 adults with heart failure, including those with new diagnoses, took part over 12 weeks. The goal was to see if the clinic improves medication use, health status, and heart function.
