Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a program of educational videos and support from a health coach is helpful for people with a specific type of heart failure (HFpEF). The program aims to teach patients about their condition, medication, diet, and planning for the future. Researchers will see if participants find the program useful and if it improves their confidence in managing their own health.
