Summary
This study collects heart electrical activity (ECG) data from 1000 adults aged 45-80 with heart failure to build a library for developing future monitoring tools. Participants undergo standard clinical assessments and share their experiences with heart failure care. The goal is to improve how heart failure progression is tracked and make future trials more patient-friendly.
