Summary
This study is testing if an experimental drug, combined with physical activity, can help people with a specific type of heart failure. The main goals are to see if the treatment helps patients exercise longer and improves their memory and thinking skills. Researchers will compare the drug to a placebo (inactive shot) in 48 adults with this condition over 24 weeks.
