Scientists test heart Drugs' hidden effects on kidneys

Summary
This study aims to understand how two different heart failure drugs affect the body's salt and fluid balance in people who have both heart failure and kidney disease. It will involve 60 participants who will try both drugs and a placebo in a random order. Researchers will closely measure blood and urine to see how the drugs change the body's response to a saltwater infusion.
