Heart pill puzzle: two at once or one by one?
NCT ID NCT05989503
Summary
This study aimed to find the safest way for doctors to start two proven heart failure medications. It compared starting both drugs at the same time versus starting one first and adding the second later. The goal was to see if the simultaneous approach caused more side effects, like low blood pressure, in 62 adults with a weakened heart pump.
