Summary
This study aims to see if adding a medication called finerenone to standard heart failure treatment provides extra benefits. Researchers will compare outcomes in 60 heart failure patients who receive the standard treatment alone versus those who receive the standard treatment plus finerenone. The goal is to determine if this combination improves patient results while remaining safe.
