Summary

This study involves 270 adults with heart failure who do not have a specific heart electrical pattern (non-LBBB) and are getting a special pacemaker (CRT-D). Researchers want to find out which patients improve most by using heart ultrasound and other tests before the device is placed. The goal is to create a scoring system to help doctors decide who will benefit the most from this therapy.
