Summary
This study is testing a new national program in China designed to improve the quality of care for people hospitalized with heart failure. It will compare hospitals using the new accreditation system against those giving usual care. The goal is to see if the program leads to better patient management, fewer hospital readmissions, and lower death rates over one year.
