Can a double workout for body and mind protect the brain in heart failure?
NCT ID NCT04970888
Summary
This study is testing whether a program that combines physical exercise with brain training games can improve memory, thinking speed, and overall brain function in people living with chronic heart failure. Researchers will enroll 216 men and women to compare the combined program against exercise alone or usual medical care. They will also measure how the training affects blood flow regulation in the brain.
