Scientists try reading heart health through your skin

NCT ID NCT06200636

Summary

This study explored whether signs of heart failure can be detected in fluid collected just under the skin, rather than through blood tests. Researchers tested a new device on 20 heart failure patients to see if it could measure these signs during exercise. The goal was to understand if this less invasive method could help track how the disease changes with activity.
