Computer alerts aim to get heart patients on right meds

NCT ID NCT06457152

Summary

This study is testing whether an automated computer alert can help doctors prescribe the recommended medications for people with heart failure. The alert pops up in patients' electronic health records when they visit their cardiologist. Researchers want to see if this reminder system helps more patients get the medications that can control their heart failure and prevent hospitalizations.
