Summary
This study is testing whether adding a cholesterol-lowering injection called inclisiran to usual care helps people with heart disease or high risk for it reach their cholesterol goals. It focuses on including diverse participants, such as women and people from racial/ethnic minority groups, who are often underrepresented in research. The goal is to see if this approach can help close gaps in care and improve heart health management.
