NCT ID NCT05194111

Summary

This study is testing if a heart medication called sacubitril/valsartan is safe and practical for young adult cancer survivors who have early signs of heart damage from their past cancer therapy. The goal is to see if the drug can be used to help control this heart condition before symptoms develop. Researchers will enroll about 53 survivors who had cancer before age 40 and have specific signs of early heart dysfunction but no current symptoms.
