Heart study asks: can we stop the blood thinners?
NCT ID NCT06742931
Summary
This study aims to find out if it's safe for certain heart patients to stop taking a daily blood thinner pill. It will compare patients who stop the medication to those who continue taking it. The patients all have stable heart disease, had a special balloon procedure, and are at high risk for serious bleeding. The goal is to reduce bleeding risks while keeping the heart protected.
