Summary
This study aims to find the best dose of a blood-thinning drug (cangrelor) for heart patients waiting for surgery. It will test if adjusting the dose based on a simple blood test keeps patients in a safer range compared to a standard fixed dose. The goal is to better control bleeding and clotting risks during this waiting period.
