Major UK study launches to unravel hidden heart risks in millions with immune conditions
NCT ID NCT06478277
Summary
This study aims to better understand why people with immune system disorders (like rheumatoid arthritis) have a higher risk of heart disease. Researchers will collect health data and blood samples from 600 UK patients over time to see if certain blood tests can predict future heart problems. The goal is to gather knowledge that could lead to better monitoring and care for these patients in the future.
