New scan could replace invasive heart test
NCT ID NCT02773043
Summary
This study tested a new, non-invasive imaging scan to measure blood flow to the heart muscle. Researchers compared this new scan to a standard, but invasive, procedure in 36 patients with coronary artery disease. The goal was to see if the new scan could accurately measure heart blood flow without needing an invasive wire procedure.
