Summary
This study aims to learn which advanced imaging techniques lead to the best long-term results for patients with clogged heart arteries. Researchers will follow 2,000 adults who have had a standard heart artery scan and an additional, more detailed scan. The goal is to see if using these detailed scans to guide treatment helps patients avoid future heart attacks, death, or the need for more procedures.
