NCT ID NCT05196659
Summary
This study tested a new support program to help people in India better manage existing heart disease or stroke. The program combined non-doctor health workers, healthy lifestyle text messages, and a computer tool to guide treatment. Researchers wanted to see if this approach improved the quality of care, helped patients take their medicines, and led to better health outcomes like lower blood pressure and cholesterol.
