First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looks at whether meeting with a coach—either in person or by video—helps adults with a type of heart failure (HFpEF) exercise more regularly. 300 participants will be split into three groups for 18 months: one with no coach, one with in-person coaching, and one with video coaching. Researchers will track exercise minutes, blood markers, and quality of life to see which approach works best.
